摘  要:在聚合物驱应用过程中,需要利用数值模拟技术开展机理研究、注入方案优化及剩余油分析,但现有聚合物驱数值模拟软件只能描述聚合物溶液在多孔介质中的黏性驱油机理,无法描述聚合物溶液提高微观驱油效率的弹性驱油机理。为此,根据聚合物溶液黏弹性驱油理论研究成果,在黏性驱油机理描述的基础上,以第一法向应力差函数来表征聚合物溶液的弹性,建立第一法向应力差与残余油饱和度关系式,表征聚合物溶液的弹性驱油作用,重点讨论并建立了聚合物弹性驱油机理数学模型。采用顺序解耦求解模式、算子分裂法及代数多重网格方法对数学模型进行求解,能够大幅度提高计算速度。在大庆油田实际区块的推广应用结果表明,建立的黏弹性聚合物驱油机理数学模型,可以准确模拟聚合物溶液的弹性驱油机理,具有很好的实用性,能够满足聚合物驱矿场应用需求。In the process of polymer flooding application,it is necessary to use numerical simulation technol-ogy to do mechanismresearch,injection scheme optimization,and remaining oil analysis.However,theexisting numerical simulation software of polymer flooding can only describe the viscous oil displacement mechanism of polymer solution in porous media,but cannot describe the elastic oil displacement mechanism of polymer solution to improve the microscopic oil displacement efficiency.Therefore,based on the research results of the viscoelastic oil displacement theory of polymer solution and the description of the viscous oil displacement mechanism,the elasticity of polymer solution is characterized by the first normal stress difference function,and the relationship between the first normal stress difference and residual oil saturation is established to characterize the elastic oil displacement of polymer solution.The mathematical model of the elastic oil displacement mechanism of polymer is discussed and established in detail.The mathematical model is solved by using a sequential decoupling model,operator splitting method,and algebraic multi-grid method,which can greatly improve the calculation speed.The application results in the actual blocks of Daqing Oilfield show that the mathematical model of the viscoelastic oil displacement mechanism of polymer can accurately simulate the elastic oil displacement mechanism of polymer solution,which has good practicability and can meet the application requirements of polymer flooding in the field.
