摘  要:某油田压裂后日产液量大、部分井压裂后裂缝吐砂严重,从而导致压裂效果降低,作业成本增加。为此,从压裂现场实践出发,分析确定可选用的压裂尾追支撑剂。目前常用的压裂尾追支撑剂有树脂砂、树脂液和耐碱树脂砂。树脂砂因其涂层韧性,可大大提高渗透率;树脂液能在井底附近形成一个渗透率较好且具有一定强度的挡砂屏障,从而达到防止地层出砂的目的;耐碱树脂砂具有固化强度高、化学稳定性好、导流能力高等优点,可根据现场实际情况按需求量使用。在某区块共压裂32口井,应用不同的尾追支撑剂压裂技术,平均单井日增油5.86t/d,平均有效期168天,平均增油强度0.60t/(d·m)。通过全过程分析,树脂砂可基本满足压后固砂要求,能有效增油增产,且单层加砂费用低,是目前性价比最优的压裂尾追支撑剂之一,应优先选用。树脂液的费用成本是树脂砂的12倍以上,目前无法大规模应用。耐碱树脂砂具有较好的防砂增产效果,且价格适中,但目前需求量较少。After wells were fractured in an oilfield,the daily liquid production was large,and more sands were out from the fractures in some of them,which led to unsatisfactory fracturing results and increased costs.Therefore,theavailable fracturing tail-chasing proppants are determined through analysis based on the field practice of fracturing.At present,the commonly used fracturing tail-chasing proppants include resin sand,resin liquid,and alkali-resistant resin sand.Resin sand can greatly improve the permeability due to its coating toughness;resin liquid can form a sand barrier with high permeability and certain strength near the bottom of the wells,therebyachieving the purpose of preventing sanding in the formations;alkali-resistant resin sand has the advantages of high curing strength,good chemical stability,and high conductivity,and can be used according to the actual situation on site.In a block,a total of 32 wells were fractured,and different tail-chasing proppant fracturing technologies were applied.The average daily oil production per well increased by 5.86t/d,the average effective period was 168 days,and the average oil increase intensity was 0.60t/(d·m).Through the whole process analysis,the resin sand can meet the requirements of post-fracturing sand consolidation,can effectively increase oil production,and the cost of single-layer sand addition is low.It is one of the most cost-effective fracturing tail-chasing proppants and should be used first.The cost of resin liquid is more than 12 times that of resin sand,and it cannot be used on a large scale at present.The alkali-resistant resin sand has a good effect on sand control and production increase,and the price is moderate,but the current demand is small.
