酸性水汽提装置操作问题分析及处理措施

摘　　要：A炼油厂酸性水汽提装置存在主汽提塔塔盘堵塞及净化水中硫化物过高问题。造成主汽提塔塔盘堵塞的主要原因是:酸性水中含有污油、氰化物、MDEA、环烷酸盐等杂质,这些杂质在操作过程中或聚合,或降解,或与其他物质反应生成一些沉积于塔盘的固体颗粒物或胶状物;通过增加酸性水在原料水罐及上游装置相关设备内的停留时间、适当降低主汽提塔进料板与塔顶之间的温差或适当提高塔顶温度、增加汽提蒸汽量、降低汽提蒸汽温度、降低酸性水原料中的氧含量、将中部塔盘更换为抗堵塔盘等措施,可有效解决主汽提塔塔盘堵塞问题。造成净化水中硫化物过高的主要原因是:酸性水原料携带的稳定硫化物及操作过程中反应生成的稳定硫化物等不能通过汽提的方式除去;通过降低含有MDEA或热稳定盐的酸性水量、降低酸性水原料中的氧含量等措施,可有效降低净化水中硫化物含量。There are problems in the operation of sour water stripping unit in refinery A,including the blockage of trays in main stripper and the high sulfide content of purified water.The main reason for the blockage of trays in main stripper is that the sour water contains impurities such as slop oil,cyanide,MDEA and naphthenate,which are polymerized or degraded or reacted with other substances to form solid particles or colloids deposited on the trays during operation.By increasing the retention time of sour water in the raw material tank and the related equipment of upstream units,appropriately reducing the temperature difference between the feed tray and the top of main stripper or raising the overhead temperature,increasing the flow rate of stripping steam,reducing the temperature of stripping steam,reducing the oxygen content of sour water raw materials,and replacing the middle trays with anti-clogging trays,the blockage problem of the trays in main stripper can be effectively solved.The main reason for the high sulfide content of purified water is that the stable sulfide carried by sour water raw materials and the stable sulfide generated during operation can not be re moved by stripping.By reducing the flow rate of sour water containing MDEA or heat stable salt and reducing the oxygen content of sour water raw materials,the sulfide content of purified water can be effectively reduced.
