摘 要:针对钒钛磁铁矿高炉炼铁产出的含钛高炉渣,开展了氯化铵活化焙烧技术研究,使用响应曲面法对工艺条件进行优化,探究焙烧温度、保温时间、氯化铵配比等因素对TiO_(2)品位和杂质脱除的影响,并建立活化焙烧过程的二次回归方程模型。根据模型计算,焙烧温度、保温时间、氯化铵配比等因素对TiO_(2)品位和铝脱除率影响显著,根据模型预测,在焙烧温度为469℃、保温时间为0.97 h、氯化铵配比为41%时,TiO_(2)品位38.94%、铝脱除率91.43%;通过试验验证,在此条件下,浸出渣TiO_(2)品位38.39%、铝脱除率90.39%,试验值与模型预测值误差范围在1.5%以内,证明该优化模型具有可靠性。The process conditions of ammonium chloride activation roasting titanium-bearing blast furnace slag were optimized by the response surface method,the effects of roasting temperature,holding time and ammonium chloride ratio on TiO_(2) grade and aluminum removal rate were explored,and the secondary regression equation of chlorammonia activation roasting process was established.The results show that the roasting temperature has a significant effect on the grade of TiO_(2) and the removal rate of aluminum,Under the optimal conditions of roasting temperature of 469℃,holding time of 0.97 h and ammonium chloride ratio of 41%,the model predicted TiO_(2) grade of 38.94%and aluminum removal rate of 91.43%,and the experimental TiO_(2) grade was 38.39%and the aluminum removal rate was 90.39%,which was within 1.41%of the predicted value,indicating that the optimization results of the model were reliable.
