摘 要:卡林型金矿的高效分选是金矿回收面临的重要挑战。卡林型金矿中的金以微细粒的形式赋存于黄铁矿中,降低了晶体的有序性。早期的研究证明:氧化后的黄铁矿和白云石间会发生同质化效应,导致颗粒间的异相团聚,从而恶化卡林型金矿的分选效果。基于黄铁矿和白云石间的相互作用机理,提出了“强化分散”的原型技术,并筛选出胺基磷酸钠来实现原型技术的应用,在实验室实验中取得了良好的效果。通过浊度试验对药剂强化分散作用进行了验证,利用人工混合矿和高低品位卡林型金矿实际矿石的浮选来验证药剂在矿物分选过程中的作用。结果显示:胺基磷酸钠的加入可实现提高精矿中Fe、Au回收率,降低MgO上浮比例的预期目标,同时将Au的富集比提高到3.5左右。结果证明:胺基磷酸钠可通过强化氧化黄铁矿和白云石颗粒的分散来提高黄铁矿和白云石间的分选效率,从而优化卡林型金矿的浮选指标,该原型技术为含黄铁矿和白云石类矿物间高效分选技术的开发提供了相应的借鉴,具有推广应用的潜力。Efficient separation of Carlin-type gold deposits is a challenge for the utilization of gold ores.The majority of gold in Carlin-type gold ores occurs as invisible gold within pyrite,resulting in the poor crystallization of pyrite.The previous investigation has shown that oxidation caused the homogenization effect,thereby resulting in adhesion,thus,deteriorating the separation results of Carlin-type gold deposits.Based on the understanding of interactions mechanism between pyrite and dolomite,a technical prototype of“strengthening dispersion”to optimize the separation index of Carlin-type gold deposits was preliminarily proposed and highly selective reagents sodium amino phosphate was selected to realize the application of the technical prototype,good separation indicators have been obtained in the laboratory.In this paper,the turbidity test was used to verify the effects of selected reagents on strengthening dispersion,meanwhile,the artificial mixed ore and the real ores of high-and low-grade Carlin-type gold deposit were used to demonstrate the effect of reagent on mineral separation.The results showed that:sodium aminophosphate can achieve the expected goal of increasing the Fe and Au recovery in the concentrate,and decreasing the MgO floating ratio,while,increasing the Au enrichment ratio to about 3.5.The above results show that sodium amino phosphate can improve the separation efficiency between pyrite and dolomite by strengthening the dispersion of oxidized pyrite and dolomite particles,so as to optimize the flotation index of Carlin-type gold mine.The prototype technology provides a reference for the development of efficient separation between pyrite and dolomite minerals,and has the potential for popularization and application.
