摘 要:因工艺设计、结构防水和结构布置等要求,地下污水处理厂常采用不设缝的超长结构,而超长混凝土结构在温度变化和材料收缩过程中会产生内力和变形,容易使结构构件超过混凝土受拉强度而开裂。本文以SAP2000有限元分析软件对西宁第七地下污水处理厂进行温度应力分析为例,介绍了温度作用温差取值,分析了超长地下结构楼板、外墙、梁、柱的温度应力分布特点及效应,并根据分析结果提出了减少裂缝的结构设计、材料选择及施工工艺等方面的措施。Due to process design,structural waterproofing requirements,and structural layout considera-tions,underground wastewater treatment plants often employ ultra-long structures without joints.However,for ultra-long concrete structures,internal forces and deformations will occur during temperature fluctuations and material shrinkage,leading to cracking of structural members that exceed the concrete tensile strength.In this paper,finite element temperature stress analysis of the Xining No.7,an ultra-long underground wastewater treatment plant structure,using SAP2000 software is taken as an example.It introduces the selection of temper-ature differential values and analyzes the temperature stress distribution characteristics and effects on slabs,ex-terior walls,beams,and columns.Based on the analysis results,measures are proposed to mitigate cracks through improved structural design,material selection,and construction processes.
