摘  要:针对HTPB推进剂力学性能的分散性问题,引入用对数正态概率密度函数描述的随机参数,构建随机本构模型,开展了基于随机本构模型的发动机药柱在点火增压工况下的结构完整性分析。结果表明:通过随机本构模型预测的5组应力应变曲线与试验的5组应力应变曲线重合度较高,试验曲线全部落在95%的概率区间之内,随机本构模型可以较好地反映推进剂材料的分散性;药柱的力学响应与随机参数有关,最大Von Mises应力、最大Von Mises应变、最大位移、最大损伤指数及安全系数均与随机参数呈近似线性关系;基于试验曲线拟合的本构模型和基于概率区间预测的随机本构模型获得的药柱力学响应误差不超过1%,基于概率区间预测的随机本构模型可以准确预测点火增压载荷下的药柱力学响应。Aiming at the dispersion of the mechanical properties of HTPB propellant,the random parame-ter described by the lognormal probability density function were introduced,and the random constitutive model was constructed.The structural integrity analysis of the solid rocket motor grain under the ignition pressurization condition based on the random constitutive model was carried out.The results show that the five groups of stress-strain curves predicted by the random constitutive model have a high coincidence degree with the five groups of stress-strain curves of the test,and the test curves all fall within the 95%probability interval.The random consti-tutive model can better reflect the dispersion of propellant materials.The mechanical response of the grain is relat-ed to the random parameter.The maximum Von Mises stress,maximum Von Mises strain,maximum displace-ment,maximum damage index and safety factor are approximately linear with the random parameter.The error of the mechanical response of the grain obtained by the constitutive model based on the experimental curve fitting and the random constitutive model based on the probability interval prediction does not exceed 1%.The random constitutive model based on the probability interval prediction can accurately predict the mechanical response of the grain under the ignition pressurization load.
