摘 要:针对风电并网过程中存在的电网波动大、电力系统稳定性差等问题,文章建立了考虑风速变化的风电并网能耗模型,并利用集合经验模态分解法(Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition,EEMD)分析了风电并网的电力功率系数。通过对风电功率信号的时序特征进行筛选和分解,提出一种新型设备控制策略。实验结果表明,新策略下的功率检测值和实际值的差异最大仅为1.6 kW,风电机组输出稳定性最高可达85%,风机性能曲线匹配度最高可达80%。由此可知,研究所提策略具有一定的有效性和优越性,为风电并网技术的发展提供了新的理论支持和技术方案。Aiming at the problems of large power grid fluctuation and poor power system stability in the process of wind power integration,this paper establishes an energy consumption model of wind power integration considering wind speed change,and analyzes the power coefficient of wind power integration by using Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition(EEMD).By screening and decomposing the time series characteristics of wind power signals,a new equipment control strategy is proposed.The experimental results show that the maximum difference between the power detection value and the actual value under the new strategy is only 1.6 kW,the output stability of wind turbines can reach 85%,and the matching degree of fan performance curve can reach 80%.Therefore,the proposed strategy has certain effectiveness and superiority,which provides a new theoretical support and technical scheme for the development of wind power grid-connected technology.
