摘 要:随着室内定位技术的发展,基于Wi-Fi的定位方法因其实施简便和成本低廉而受到广泛关注。文章针对传统的K-最近邻(K-Nearest Neighbor,KNN)算法在室内定位应用中存在的定位精度不足问题,引入一种改进的KNN算法,并利用NS-3仿真工具搭建基于Wi-Fi的室内环境模型,对传统与改进的KNN算法进行了系列仿真实验。实验结果表明,改进的KNN算法在定位精度上有显著提高,尤其是在处理极端或离群数据情况下展现出较高的稳定性和可靠性。With the development of indoor positioning technology,Wi Fi based positioning methods have attracted widespread attention due to their simple implementation and low cost.This article addresses the issue of insufficient positioning accuracy in indoor positioning applications using the traditional K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN)algorithm.An improved KNN algorithm is introduced,and a Wi-Fi based indoor environment model is built using NS-3 simulation tools.A series of simulation experiments are conducted on the traditional and improved KNN algorithms.The experimental results show that the improved KNN algorithm significantly improves positioning accuracy,especially in handling extreme or outlier data situations,demonstrating high stability and reliability.
