摘  要:通过分别掺入水泥和固废基固化剂对粉煤灰-土进行固化试验,研究对比两种固化材料对粉煤灰-土的固化效果的差异.通过无侧限抗压强度试验和水稳定性试验探讨固化剂掺量、种类和龄期对粉煤灰-土性能的影响,综合评价两种固化材料固化粉煤灰-土的综合路用性能,并通过X射线衍射分析固化材料固化粉煤灰-土的微观机制.结果表明:相同龄期条件下的固化粉煤灰-土的无侧限抗压强度与固化材料的掺量呈正相关关系.相同固化材料掺量条件下,固废基固化剂固化粉煤灰-土的7d强度低于水泥固化粉煤灰-土,28d强度赶超水泥固化粉煤灰-土.固化粉煤灰-土的水稳定性系数随固化材料掺量的增加而提升,而随龄期的延长出现降低的规律.固废基固化剂固化粉煤灰-土的水稳定性系数后期要优于水泥固化粉煤灰-土的水稳定性系数.By mixing cement and solid waste-based curing agent respectively,the curing effect of fly ash-soil was studied and compared.Through unconfined compressive strength test and water stability test,the influence of the content,type and age of curing agent on the performance of fly ash-soil was discussed,the comprehensive road performance of fly ash-soil solidified by two curing materials was comprehensively evaluated,and the micro-mechanism of fly ash-soil solidified by curing materials was analyzed by X-ray diffraction.The results show that the unconfined compressive strength of solidified fly ash-soil at the same age is positively correlated with the content of solidified materials.Under the same dosage of solidified materials,the strength of fly ash-soil solidified by solid waste-based curing agent is lower at 7d than that solidified by cement,and exceeds that solidified by cement at 28d.The water stability coefficient of solidified fly ash-soil increases with the increase of solidified material content,but decreases with the extension of age.The water stability coefficient of fly ash-soil solidified by solid waste-based curing agent is better than that of cement solidified fly ash-soil in the later stage.
