我国大学生就业研究知识图谱分析(2013—2023年)——基于CiteSpace的可视化视角

摘　　要：大学生是国家宝贵的人力资源,大学生高质量充分就业是我国高等教育内涵式发展的应有之义。借助知识图谱软件CiteSpace,选取CNKI数据库中以大学生就业为主题的667篇CSSCI期刊论文(2013—2023年)为数据源,可视化呈现近十年大学生就业问题研究概貌,以期为大学生就业研究的进一步深入提供智力支持。研究结果表明:近十年,随着我国经济社会发展和社会结构的深层次变化,大学生就业研究呈现越来越精细化的趋势;研究主题集中于大学生就业的价值意涵、影响就业的自致性和他致性因素以及新就业现象的出现等。未来我国大学生就业研究在拓展研究领域的同时还需要重视基础理论的原始创新,运用定量化方法,不断深化微观研究,进而更好地促进理论研究和实践创新的有效结合。College students are the valuable human resources of the country,and the full and high-quality employment of college students is the proper meaning of the connotative development of China′s higher education.With the help of knowledge graph software CiteSpace,667 CSSCI journal articles in CNKI database with the theme of college students′employment are used as the data source to visualize and present an overview of the research on college students′employment in past ten years,in order to provide intellectual support for the further deepening of the research on college students′employment.The research results show that in the past ten years,with the deep-rooted changes in the economic development and social structure of China,the research on college students′employment has shown a trend of becoming more and more refined,and the themes of the research have focused on the value connotation of college students′employment,the self-induced and other-induced factors affecting the employment of college students,and new employment phenomena appearing in college students,etc.In the future,we need to pay attention to the original innovation of basic theories,use quantitative methods,and continuously deepen the micro-research while expanding the research fields of China′s college students′employment,so as to better promote the benign interaction between theoretical research and practical innovation.
