摘  要:针对海上油田聚合物驱井组间受效差异大、海上平台对产出聚合物处理能力有限及调整挖潜缺少理论依据等问题,展开聚合物驱关键技术创新研究。探讨了聚合物驱流度控制差异化、产聚浓度合理预测和聚驱合理注采井距确定等3项关键技术,并应用于矿场实践。实践应用结果显示:聚合物药剂利用率提高,产油量增加;聚合物产出剂量超过平台处理能力的风险降低;注聚合物区域调整挖潜效果增强。In response to issues such as significant differences in efficiency among polymer flooding well groups in offshore oilfields,limited processing capacity of produced polymers by offshore platforms,a lack of theoretical basis for adjusting and tapping potential,etc.Three key technologies have been innovatively developed:differential flow control for polymer flooding,reasonable prediction of polymer concentration,and determination of reasonable injection production well spacing for polymer flooding.After applying this key technology to mining practice,it effectively improves the utilization rate of polymer reagents and increases oil production,reduces the risk of polymer production doses exceeding the platform′s processing capacity and enhances the adjustment and potential tapping effect of polymer injection areas.
