摘　　要：以物联网技术为核心,设计了基于LabVIEW的称重装置监测系统,系统模块主要包括感知层、网络层、应用层。感知层主要通过信号传感器、采集卡及ZigBee发射模块与接收模块等设备采集数据信息,采集到的数据经融合后通过网络层传输至应用层予以存储。针对应用层,利用LabVIEW软件设计了监测界面,用于分析和判断设备的工作状态,可在一定条件下发出报警。A LabVIEW-based weighing device monitoring system is designed with Internet of Things(IoT)technology as the core.The system module mainly includes sensing layer,network layer and application layer.The sensing layer mainly collects data information through signal sensors,acquisition cards and ZigBee transmitter and receiver modules,etc.The collected data are fused and then transmitted to the application layer for storage through the network layer.In the application layer,LabVIEW software is used to design the monitoring interface,which is used to analyze and judge the working status of the equipment,and can issue alarms under certain conditions.
