摘  要:为研究工程水泥基复合材料(ECC)的抗氯离子腐蚀性能,设计了ECC和海工混凝土(MC)的氯盐全浸泡腐蚀试验,分析了腐蚀龄期对ECC的氯离子扩散深度、浓度和扩散系数的影响。研究发现ECC的氯盐腐蚀主要发生在早期;腐蚀20 d后的ECC氯离子侵蚀深度趋于稳定,MC的氯离子侵蚀深度随着腐蚀龄期的增长而持续增加。采用Matlab和Origin软件对试验结果进行拟合,得到腐蚀环境下的ECC表层氯离子浓度边界条件和等效表观氯离子扩散系数计算模型,为预测氯离子腐蚀下的ECC寿命提供了理论依据。In order to study the chloride ion corrosion resistance of engineering cement-based composite(ECC),a chlorine immersion corrosion test was designed for ECC and Marine concrete(MC).The effects of corrosion age on the chloride ion diffusion depth,concentration and diffusion coefficient of ECC were analyzed.It is found that the chloride corrosion of ECC mainly occurs in the early stage.After 20 d of corrosion,the chloride ion erosion depth of ECC tends to be stable,and the chloride ion erosion depth of MC continues to increase with the increase of corrosion age.Matlab and Origin software were used to fit the test results,and the boundary conditions of ECC surface chloride ion concentration and equivalent apparent chloride ion diffusion coefficient calculation model were obtained,which provided a theoretical basis for predicting the ECC life under chloride ion corrosion.
