摘　　要：通过对断裂试样的化学成分分析、断口形貌的观察,非金属夹杂及金相组织的检验,确定了60号钢盘条拉拔断裂的原因是拉拔工艺控制不当,造成了表面开裂,进而引起了试样的扭转断裂。Through chemical composition analysis,fracture morphology observation,non-metallic inclusion and metallographic structure examination,it is determined that the reason of drawing fracture of 60 steel wire rod is improper control of drawing process,which causes surface cracking,and then causes the torsion fracture of the sampled.
