摘 要:冶金铸造起重机关键部件减速机,具有其独特的安全性、高效性,广泛应用于建筑、码头、钢铁等众多领域。作为起重机关键部件的减速机,在降速增扭、节能降耗、保护设备、平稳运行等方面的综合性能将直接影响起重机的运行效能和安全性。棘轮棘爪机构作为冶金铸造起重机减速机的核心组成部分,特点主要体现在传递动力、实现间歇旋转运动、自锁及正反转控制,能使减速机的运行更加安全稳定。因此,对冶金铸造起重机减速机棘轮棘爪的研究具有重要意义。Reducer,the key component of metallurgical foundry crane,is widely used in construction,wharf,steel and many other fields because of its unique safety and efficiency.As a key component of crane,the comprehensive performance of reducer in reducing speed and increasing torque,saving energy and reducing consumption,protecting equipment and running smoothly will directly affect the operation efficiency and safety of crane.Ratchet and pawl mechanism is the core component of metallurgical casting crane reducer,which is characterized by power transmission,intermittent rotation,self-locking and positive and negative rotation control,and can make the operation of the reducer more safe and stable.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the ratchet and pawl of the reducer of metallurgical casting crane.
