摘  要:针对4#制氧机组氢系统投运严重超时情况,分析KD0N-15000/15000制氧机组(4#制氧机组)氢系统投运过程中出现的问题,从工艺操作的角度提出解决方案确保氩系統投运用时小于7天的标准,为同类型空分装置氢系统的投运提供参考,明确了4#制氧机组日常工艺控制,为岗位技术规程的修改和完善提供理论基础。In view of the serious overtime of the argon system of 4#oxygen making unit,the problems in the argon system of KDON-15000/15000 oxygen making unit(4#oxygen making unit)during commissioning are analyzed.Solutions are proposed from the perspective of process operation to ensure that the commissioning time of argon system is less than 7 days,which provides a reference for the commissioning of argon system of the same type of air separation unit.At the same time,the daily process control of 4#oxygen making unit of Energy Division is clarified,which provides a theoretical basis for the revision and improvement of post technical regulations in the future.
