摘　　要：高炉长期休风复风或停炉开炉时对铁口预埋氧枪是为了快速加热炉缸,烧开铁口上方“隔断层”,使渣铁受热后快速流出,加快高炉恢复进程。本文对水钢3号高炉长期休风开炉铁口预埋氧枪操作进行了总结,主要从氧枪的制作、安装及使用过程总结操作经验。When the blast furnace is shut down and recovered for a long time or the furnace is shut down and started,the purpose of embedding oxygen lance in the taphole is to quickly heat the hearth and burn the"isolation layer"above the taphole,so that the slag and iron can flow out quickly after being heated and the recovery process of the blast furnace can be accelerated.This paper summarizes the operation of embedding oxygen lance in the taphole of blow-in after long-term blowing-off 3#blast furnace of Shuigang.The operation experience is summarized from the fabrication,installation and use of the oxygen lance.
