水钢料运系统降低焦炭丁粉比的生产实践

摘　　要：2017年水钢一号焦炉停产,导致水钢焦炭产能不足,并因国家环保限制因素,决定了水钢外购焦炭的生产模式将长期存在。2020年7月以前,炼铁事业部的外购焦大部份是由火车敞开运输至炼铁事业部综合料场,在料场因装入皮带被取料机二次破碎、铲车碾压后,又要经过11次皮带中转至中间矿槽、三高炉小矿槽,转运过程中,焦炭经多次摔打破碎,因此传统的铁路敞车运输焦炭的物流方式,在运输、装车过程中,存在污染环境、焦炭摔损大、焦炭水份增加多的缺点,水钢通过加强生产过程及采购流程的管理,解决了以上问题,2021-2023年焦炭的丁粉比降低了1.07%。In 2017,the No.1 coke oven of Shuigang was shut down,resulting in insufficient coke production capacity of Shuigang,and due to the national environmental constraints,the production mode of purchasing coke from Shuigang will exist for a long time.Before July 2020,most of the purchased coke of the Iron and Coke Division was transported by train to the comprehensive material yard of the Iron and Coke Division.After being crushed by the reclaimer for the second time and rolled by the forklift due to belt loading in the material yard,it had to be transferred to the middle ore tank and the small ore tank of three blast furnaces through 11 belts.In the process of transshipment,the coke is broken by beating for many times.Therefore,the traditional logistics mode of transporting coke by railway gondola car has the disadvantages of polluting the environment,causing great damage to the coke and increasing the moisture of the coke in the process of transportation and loading.Shuigang has solved the above problems by strengthening the management of production process and procurement process,and the ratio of coke to powder has been reduced by 1.07%in 2021-2023.
