摘　　要：通过开浇起步事故跟踪分类,从工艺的角度分析各种类型开浇起步事故产生的原因,针对原因制定各事故控制措施并在生产中进行实践,减少连铸开浇起步事故,确定保连铸生产稳定、顺行。The causes of various types of casting start accidents are analyzed from the perspective of process by tracking and classifying the casting start accident.According to the causes,the control measures of each accident are formulated and practiced in the production,so as to reduce the starting accidents of continuous casting and ensure the stable and smooth production of continuous casting.
