摘 要:以准能黑岱沟选煤厂为例,对现场循环水处理工艺进行分析,并利用仿真软件模拟喷水嘴管道内部流体流动情况,进一步验证喷水嘴堵塞位置,以及堵塞时管道内部压力变化情况。在对堵塞原因分析的基础上,提出对循环水系统的改造建议,通过防止堵塞、检测堵塞和解决堵塞三步,排除循环水内部夹杂的颗粒,解决了脱介筛喷水嘴经常堵塞的问题,提高了脱介筛的脱介效率,减少了介质消耗,避免现场工人因疏通管道产生的额外工作量,推动了选煤厂智能化建设。Taking the Hei Black Dai Gou coal selection plant as an example,the on-site circulating water treatment process was analyzed,and the simulation software was used to simulate the fluid flow inside the spray nozzle pipe to further verify the blockage location of the spray nozzle and the pressure change inside the pipe during blockage.Based on the analysis of the blockage causes,suggestions were made for the transformation of the on-site circulating water system.By preventing blockage,detecting blockage and solving blockage,the particles mixed in the circulating water are eliminated,which is used to solve the problem of frequent blockage of the deashing spray nozzle.By solving the blockage problem of the spray nozzle,the deashing efficiency of the deashing screen will be improved,the consumption of the medium will be reduced,the extra workload of the site workers due to the pipe dredging will be avoided,and the intelligent construction of the coal selection plant will be promoted.
