大海则选煤厂煤泥减量探索与实践

摘　　要：针对大海则选煤厂因煤泥量大而影响生产的问题,采取了改造原煤分级筛板、调整脱泥筛和水力旋流器组、改造穿流压滤机系统等措施,筛分效果大幅提高,煤泥产率下降超过50%,大幅降低了煤泥产量和煤泥水分,改善了产品质量,经济效益明显。Although the coal slurry content of Dahaize Coal Preparation Plant is not high,the production capacity of the plant is relatively large(with an annual processing capacity of 15 million tons of raw coal),and the coal slurry production is huge.The coal preparation plant has taken measures such as renovating the raw coal classification sieve plate,adjusting the desliming screen,hydro cyclone group,and reforming the throughflow filter press system,The screening effect has been significantly improved,and the coal slurry yield has decreased by over 50%,significantly reducing the coal slurry production and moisture content,improving product quality,and achieving significant economic benefits.
