摘 要:阐述了同忻选煤厂长期处于满负荷甚至超负荷运行的生产状态,由于原煤入料粒度超限严重,导致设备、管路、溜槽存在使用寿命短和维护成本高等问题。通过实施控制入料粒度、优化改造磨损严重的溜槽、管道,并采用耐磨技术和耐磨材料等措施,大幅度延长了设备、溜槽和管道的使用寿命,不仅节约了检修维护成本,且大幅增加了设备开机率,保证了选煤厂安全生产持续稳定运行。The paper expounds that Tongxin coal preparation plant is in the production state of full load or even overload for a long time,and the raw coal feed particle size exceeds the limit seriously,which leads to the problems of short service life and high maintenance cost of equipment,pipeline and chute.By implementing measures such as controlling the feeding particle size,optimizing the transformation of the chute and pipeline with serious wear,and using wear-resistant technology and wear-resistant materials,the service life of the equipment,chute and pipeline is greatly extended,which not only saves the maintenance cost,but also greatly increases the operating probability of the equipment,ensuring the safe production and continuous and stable operation of the coal preparation plant.
