摘  要:灰熔融性测试仪是煤炭检测中常用的实验设备,实验气氛是影响测量煤灰熔融温度准确与否的主要因素。为了得到更准确的实验结果,通过对碳物质用量、种类、配比等控制弱还原性气氛的因素进行探讨,根据不同因素的对比实验结果总结规律,旨在确定SDAF4000型灰熔融性测试仪弱还原性气氛控制用碳物质最佳方案。The ash meltability tester is a commonly used experimental equipment in coal detection,and its experimental atmosphere is the main influencing factor affecting the accuracy of the measurement of coal ash melting temperature.In order to obtain more accurate experimental results,this paper discusses the factors that control the weak reducing atmosphere,such as the amount,type and ratio of carbon substances,and summarizes the rules according to the comparative experimental results of different factors,aiming to determine the best scheme of carbon substances for the control of weak reducing atmosphere in the SDAF4000 ash meltability tester.
