摘  要:阐述了露天煤场煤堆出现自燃现象会给电厂带来经济损失和安全隐患,为了探究相关因素对煤堆自燃的影响,基于多孔介质模型,建立煤堆缓慢氧化反应模型,研究煤种、孔隙率和煤堆体积因素的影响,得到煤堆内部的温升曲线和温度分布。研究结果表明:煤种发热量越高,活化能越低,到达临界自燃温度的时间越短,自燃风险越大。相比发热量,活化能对煤自燃的影响更大;孔隙率越小的煤堆,到达临界自燃温度的时间更长,但是其具有自燃风险的区域也随之增大;体积更大的煤堆,内部高温区域面积更大,自燃的风险也增大。Spontaneous combustion of coal piles in open pit coal yards can bring economic losses and safety hazards to power plants.In order to explore the influence of relevant factors on the spontaneous combustion of coal pile,a slow oxidation reaction model of coal pile is established based on the porous medium model.The influence of coal type,porosity and coal pile volume factors is studied,and the temperature rise curve and temperature distribution inside the coal pile are obtained.The results show that when the coal has high calorific value and low activation energy,the time to reach the critical spontaneous combustion temperature will be shorter and the risk of spontaneous combustion will be larger.Compared with the influence of calorific value,the activation energy has greater influence on coal spontaneous combustion;the porosity of the coal pile is smaller,it takes more time to reach the critical spontaneous combustion temperature,but the area with spontaneous combustion risk also increases;The larger the coal pile,the larger the area of the internal high-temperature area,the greater the risk of spontaneous combustion.
