摘  要:以陕西小保当矿业有限公司一号井煤矿为例,针对井下进水仓生产污水的水质、水量及其波动情况,利用微砂重介速沉设备进行处理,具有处理效率高、占地面积小、自动化程度高等优势,在井下运用微砂重介速沉水处理工艺技术将煤泥岩粉等悬浮物先行去除,实现泥水的有效分离,清水入仓后可提升至地面或井下直接回用,煤泥也得到了有效回收并产生经济效益,排水系统更节能降耗。In response to the water quality,quantity,and fluctuation of production wastewater in underground drainage,with the Xiaobaodang No.1 well coal mine as the background,the advantages of high treatment efficiency,small footprint,and high degree of automation of the micro sand heavy medium settling water treatment equipment are utilized.The micro sand heavy medium settling water treatment technology is applied underground to first remove suspended solids such as coal shale powder,achieving effective separation of mud and water.After the clear water is stored in the warehouse,it is lifted on the ground or directly reused underground.The coal slurry is also effectively recovered and produces economic benefits,and the drainage system is more energy-saving and consumption reducing.
