摘 要:为深入了解施用氯化钠对椰子幼苗叶片主要营养元素的影响,设不同氯化钠施用量处理,分别于试验处理后的第0、30、60、90 d采集叶片测定氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、钠等主要营养元素含量。结果显示:各处理的叶片钠含量随着时间的增加而逐渐增加,90 d时钠含量比对照增加102.15%~163.44%。0.82%NaCl处理下,所测得的各元素含量在处理后第90 d均为最高,而高浓度处理(1.23%和1.64%NaCl)相较对照则会降低叶片N、P、K、Ca、Mg含量,表明施用适量NaCl可以促进椰子幼苗对以上各元素的吸收,但过量施用会产生离子拮抗效应。In order to study the effects of sodium chloride(NaCl)application on the main nutrient elements of coconut seedlings leaves,the leaves were collected and the contents of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),sodium(Na),potassium(K),calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg)and other major nutrient elements were determined at day 0,day 30,day 60 and day 90 after the experimental treatment by different NaCl application rates.The results showed that the sodium content of each treatment increased gradually with the increase of time,and the sodium content at the 90th day was increased by 102.15%~163.44%compared with the control.The contents of each element measured under 0.82%NaCl treatment were the highest at the 90th day after treatment,while the contents of K,Ca,Mg,N and P in leaves of higher concentration treatment(1.23%and 1.64%NaCl)decreased compared with the control,indicating that applying appropriate amount of NaCl could promote the absorption of these elements by coconut seedlings,however,cation antagonism(antagonistic effect)may occur when NaCl overapplied.
