摘　　要：调研分析了云南精品咖啡生产基本情况和面临的主要问题,提出提升云南咖啡产业精品化率的建议。This paper investigates and analyzes the basic situation and main problems of specialty coffee production in Yunnan,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality rate of Yunnan coffee industry.
