摘  要:脱硫渣铁是镁钙复合喷吹铁水脱硫系统产生的副产品。在钢水中利用配加脱硫渣铁的冶炼工艺,通过转炉双渣工艺,对钢水中磷含量影响较小;成品钢中磷含量为0.006%~0.028%。通过对钢包精炼炉(LF)脱硫工艺的优化与改进,在精炼阶段承担全部脱硫任务,同时提高LF炉使用的白灰质量,优化LF炉渣的二次利用工艺,并增加电极调节装置以缩短处理时间,降低电耗,硫含量控制在0.014%~0.025%之间,阶段成本降低2.01元/吨;同时,得到的硫化物夹杂物尺寸较小,分布均匀。Desulphurization slag iron is a by-product of the Mg-Ca combined injection desulphurization system in molten iron.It is added to molten steel during the smelting process and processed through the double-slag process of the converter.Desulphurization slag iron has little effect on the phosphorus content in the finished steel,which ranges from 0.006%to 0.028%.The company optimizes and improves the desulfurization process of the ladle refining furnace(LF furnace)to undertake all desulfurization tasks in the refining stage.Additionally,the quality of the white ash used in the LF furnace is improved,the secondary utilization process of LF slag is optimized,and the processing time is shortened while reducing power consumption through the addition of an electrode regulating device.The sulfur content is maintained between 0.014%and 0.025%,resulting in a cost reduction of 2.01 yuan per ton.Additionally,the size of the sulfide inclusions obtained is small and their distribution is uniform,resulting in a mutually beneficial outcome for both quality and benefit.
