摘 要:模具钢的组织与性能是影响模具使用寿命的关键因素。电渣重熔是目前高端模具钢锭生产的主流工艺,而渣系对电渣锭的纯净度、夹杂物水平和成分偏析等均有较大影响。本研究设计了3种不同配比的CaF_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO渣系,利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等检测手段研究了渣系对电渣锭脱硫率、气体含量、带状组织和冲击功等的影响,并分析了不同渣系生产的H13钢电渣锭组织与冲击性能。结果表明,使用48%CaF_(2)-23%Al_(2)O_(3)-23%CaO和38%CaF_(2)-28%Al_(2)O_(3)-28%CaO渣系生产出的电渣锭的夹杂物水平高,且钢中各类夹杂物评级均低于0.5级。采用38%CaF_(2)-28%Al_(2)O_(3)-28%CaO渣系生产的H13钢电渣锭,成分偏析和带状组织减少,横向无缺口冲击功达到384.67 J。The microstructure and mechanical properties of die steel are crucial factors that affect the service life of the die.Electroslag remelting is the main process for producing high-end die steel ingots,and the slag system significantly affects the purity,inclusion level,and segregation of electroslag ingots.This paper presents the design of three CaF_(2)-CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)slag systems with different proportions.Metallographic and scanning electron microscopes were used to investigate the effects of slag systems on the desulfurization rate,gas content,and alkalinity of electroslag ingots.The microstructure and impact toughness of H13 steel were analyzed under different slag systems.The results show that the inclusion level of ESR ingot produced by the 48%CaF_(2)-23%Al_(2)O_(3)-23%CaO and 38%CaF_(2)-28%Al_(2)O_(3)-28%CaO slag systems is higher,and all types of inclusions in steel are less than 0.5 grade.The electroslag ingot of H13 steel was produced using a slag system consisting of 38%CaF_(2)-28%Al_(2)O_(3)-28%CaO.This system effectively reduces segregation and banded structure,resulting in a transverse non-notched impact toughness of 384.67 J.
