摘  要:本文主要概述了耐熔锌腐蚀材料的发展现状,以及通过表面处理技术提高材料的耐熔锌腐蚀性能。其中,W-Mo合金和SiC/Si_(3)N_(4)复相陶瓷材料耐熔锌腐蚀性能优良;Fe-Si金属间化合物在熔锌腐蚀过程中失效和脆性有关;网状Fe_(2)B相断裂和剥落,会加速熔锌腐蚀Fe-B材料;SiC等无机非金属材料脆性较大,抗冲击性能较差;FeB-10%Mo-12%Al_(0.25)FeNiCoCr金属陶瓷抗热震性能较差。通过表面处理技术(如渗镀法、无机涂料、热喷涂等)提高耐熔锌腐蚀性能,具有成本低、效果显著、不改变材料本身化学性质等优点。采用热喷涂技术制备涂层将成为今后的研究热点。This paper summarizes the current development status of molten zinc corrosion-resistant materials and discusses the use of surface treatment technology to improve their corrosion resistance.The paper highlights the excellent corrosion resistance of W-Mo alloy and SiC/Si_(3)N_(4)multiphase ceramic to molten zinc.The failure of Fe-Si intermetallic compounds during zinc melt corrosion is related to brittleness.Additionally,the corrosion of Fe-B materials by molten zinc can be accelerated by the fracture and peeling of the network Fe_(2)B phase.Inorganic non-metallic materials such as SiC,are brittle and have poor impact resistance.To improve thermal shock resistance,it is recommended to avoid using FeB-10%Mo-12%Al_(0.25)FeNiCoCr cermet.Surface treatment technology,such as dipping plating,inorganic coatings,and thermal spraying,can improve corrosion resistance to molten zinc.This method has the advantages of low cost,remarkable effect and no change in the chemical properties of the material itself.The use of thermal spraying technology for coating preparation is a promising area for future research.
