摘 要:为研究新型无铬钝化剂对热浸镀锌钢的钝化效果,以有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、水性复合有机聚硅氧烷、改性纳米二氧化硅为主要成分,制备无铬钝化剂。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线能谱仪表征钝化膜的表面形貌和元素组成。同时,通过电化学工作站测量不同钝化时间试样的Tafel极化曲线和阻抗,评估新型无铬钝化剂的钝化效果。结果表明,经新型无铬钝化剂钝化的镀锌钢的耐腐蚀性能显著提升。钝化前,镀锌钢试样的拟合阻抗值为1104.8Ω‧cm^(2);钝化120 s后,试样的阻抗值为6697.3Ω‧cm^(2)。钝化360 s后,在钝化过程中形成较多的颗粒相,导致钝化膜破碎,耐腐蚀性能降低。In order to study the passivation effects of a new chromium-free passivation agent on hot-dip galvanized steel,the passivation agent was prepared using organic silicon-modified acrylic resin,water-based composite organic polysiloxane,and modified nano-silica as the main components.The surface morphology and elemental composition of the passivation later were characterized using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray energy spectrometry(XRD)analyses.Meanwhile,the electrochemical workstation was used to measure the Tafel polarization curves and impedance of the samples treated with different passivation times.The results demonstrate that the galvanized steel,passivated by the new chromium-free passivation agent,will significantly improved its corrosion resistance.Prior to passivation,the impedance value for the galvanized steel sample was 1104.8Ω‧cm^(2).After 120 s of passivation,the impedance value increased to 6697.3Ω‧cm^(2).However,when the passivation time was extended to 360 s,numerous particulate phases formed during the process,causing the film to break,and resulting in a decrease in corrosion resistance.
