姜提取物对家兔动脉粥样硬化的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨姜提取物对家兔动脉粥样硬化(As)的影响及其影响机制。方法将36只家兔随机平均分为6组,即对照组、模型组、阿托伐他汀阳性组(4mg/kg·d)、姜提取物组高剂量(100mg/kg·d)、姜提取物中剂量组(50mg/kg·d)、姜提取物低剂量组(20mg/kg·d)。第1~3周,除对照组用普通饲料喂养外,其余各组喂高脂饲料(85%普通兔饲料,7%蛋黄粉,7%猪油,1%胆固醇)以造模,第3周末,取对照组和模型组家兔颈总动脉血,制备血清,留存。第4周至第6周,剩余4组用普通饲料喂养,同时给予相应的药物剂量,第6周末,取相应组别家兔的颈总动脉血,制备血清。检测6组家兔血清的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的数值。结果与模型组比较,姜提取物高剂量组明显降低As兔血清的TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA、CRP、IL-6的数值,同时明显升高HDL-C、SOD、NO的数值。中、低剂量组的上述参数也有相应的减少或增加,但程度不及高剂量组。结论姜提取物能逆转家兔As的形成,其作用可能与姜提取物调血脂、抗氧化、保护血管内皮细胞、抗炎有关。Objective To explore the effects of ginger extracts on atherosclerosis in rabbits and its mechanism.Method 36 rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups:control group、model group、atorvastatin positive group(4mg/kg·d)、ginger extracts group high-dose(100mg/kg·d)、ginger extracts medium dose group(50mg/kg·d)、and ginger extracts low-dose group(20mg/kg·d).From week 1 to week 3,except for the control group feed with regular food,the other groups were feed with high-fat food(85%regular rabbit feed,7%egg yolk powder,7%lard,1%cholesterol)to make models.On the end of the third week,take control group and model group rabbit carotid artery blood,make serum,and retain it.From week 4 to week 6,the remaining 4 groups were fed with regular feed and given corresponding drug doses.At the end of sixth week,carotid artery blood from the corresponding groups of rabbits were collected to make serum.Detect the datas of TG、TC、HDL-、LDL-C、SOD、MDA、NO、CRP、IL-6 in the serum of 6 groups of rabbits.Result Compared with the model group,the high-dose group of ginger extracts significantly reduced the datas of serum TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA、CRP and IL-6 in As rabbits,while significantly increase the datas of HDL-C、SOD and NO.The parameters in the medium and low-dose groups also showed corresponding reductions or increases,but to a lesser extent than those in the high-dose group.Conclusion Ginger extracts can inhibit the formation of As in rabbits,which may be related to regulating blood lipid levels、protecting endothelial cell、antioxidation and anti-inflammatory.
