关于高端计量设备指标考核验证的思考

摘　　要：围绕新研制高端计量设备指标考核及科研管理要求,分别对计量设备的特点、计量设备的考核指标分类和考核验证要求等方面进行了分析,就计量设备的性能指标、通用质量特性指标和电磁兼容性指标的考核要求及适用性给出了可参考的制定方案的原则和依据,同时提出了为了保证高端计量设备具备持续稳定的计量特性,除了考核设备指标外,还应进行重复性稳定性考核。Based on the index assessment and scientific research management requirements of newly developed high-end metrological equipment,the characteristics of metrological equipment,the classification of metrological equipment assessment index,the requirements of assessment test are analyzed separately.And the reference principle and basis are provided for formulating the scheme about assessment requirements and applicability of the performance index,general quality characteristics index and electromagnetic compatibility index for metrological equipment.At the same time,it is proposed that in order to ensure the continuous and stable metrological characteristics,in addition to the assessment of equipment indicators,repeatability stability assessment should be carried out.
