摘　　要：情报是科学指挥的奠基石,是警务应急指挥最重要的环节。新国家安全背景下,完善与扩展警务应急指挥的数字化发展,有助于实现跨源多维数据情报的安全与共享。区块链技术的优势契合了警务应急指挥体系的运行机理,进而将其嵌入警务应急指挥系统的价值逻辑,以实现风险社会环境下警务应急指挥服务实战为目标,通过系统分析区块链技术在系统数据采集与分布式存储、信息访问与共享安全、公民隐私信息保护等方面的优势,赋能警务应急指挥作战快速、准确的应对能力,提升公安机关在各类突发事件的应对与处置能力。Intelligence is the cornerstone of scientific command,especially the most important part of police emergency command.In the context of new national security,improving and expanding the digital development of police emergency command can help realize the security and sharing of cross-source multidimensional data intelligence.The advantages of blockchain technology fit the operation mechanism of the police emergency command system,which is then embedded in the value logic of the police emergency command system,with the goal of realizing the actual combat of the police emergency command service in the risky social environment,and empowering the police emergency command operation by systematically analyzing the advantages of blockchain technology in the systematic data collection and distributed storage,information access and sharing security,and protection of citizens’private information.It can provide fast and accurate response capability,and enhance the response and disposal capability of public security organs in all kinds of emergencies.
