摘　　要：设计施工总承包模式在水利工程领域尚处于引进发展阶段,具有良好的应用前景。这种模式对合同管理提出了更高的要求,在实际工作中如何统筹管理,更好地匹配协调,还需要不断探索和完善。以鄂北调水隧洞工程设计施工总承包合同为例,分析了设计施工总承包模式下的运营机制、合同管理、风险管控等问题,并给出了相应的思考与建议。The general contracting model of design and construction in water conservancy engineering is still at introduction and development stages with promising application prospect.Given the model's higher requirement for contract management,continuous exploration and improvement of integrated and coordinated management are essential.Taking the design and construction general contract of North Hubei Water Diversion Tunnel Project as a case study,we examine the operation mechanism,contract management and risk control issues under the general contracting model,and provide corresponding reflections and suggestions.
