摘　　要：为提升石化储罐区内紧急切断阀执行器在火灾中的安全性能,从石化行业对储罐区火灾安全的要求出发,对目前国内外紧急切断阀执行器的防火保护设备及应用现状进行总结,并对现有的常见实体火灾实验方法和石油化工环境下的防火罩火灾试验进行梳理。研究发现:不同紧急切断阀执行器的防火设备存在防火性能的测试方法与评判标准不统一的问题。根据目前我国石化行业的防火需求提出典型防火罩的防火性能判定指标,制定紧急切断阀执行器防火性能测试方法标准,以实现对防火罩防火性能的规范管理。In order to enhance the safety performance of emergency valve actuators in petrochemical storage tank areas during fires,in this paper,grounded in the fire safety requirements of the petrochemical industry,the current status of the fire protection equipment of emergency valve actuators and its applications at home and abroad was summarized,and prevalent full-scale fire experiment methods along with fire cover tests conducted under petrochemical environments were reviewed.It is found that there are problems of inconsistencies in testing methodologies and judgement criteria for the fire-resistant properties of different emergency valve actuators.In response to the current fire protection needs of China s petrochemical industry,judgement indicators for the fire resistance of typical fire covers are proposed,and test standards for the fire resistant performance of emergency valve actuators are illustrated,so as to realize the normalized management for the fire resistant performance of the fire cover.
