摘　　要：文章利用GTAP模型动态模拟研究RCEP关税承诺表中第15年实施的关税减让对亚太地区农产品贸易的影响。结果表明:(1)RCEP实施关税减让后成员国之间农产品进口数量出现增长,而非RCEP成员国的农产品进口量下降;(2)亚太地区农产品贸易平衡发生变化,亚太地区农产品贸易重心由美国向RCEP区域内转移,贸易转移效应明显;(3)RCEP实施的关税减让将对成员国的宏观经济产生积极影响,以“东盟为中心”局面凸显。各成员国应抓住RCEP发展机遇,推动涉农关税减让落实,实现区域农产品优势互补,优化亚太地区农产品贸易机制,构建亚太农贸一体化平台。This paper utilizes the GTAP model to dynamically simulate the impact of the tariff concessions implemented in the 15th year of the RCEP tariff commitment schedule on agricultural trade in the Asia-Pacific region.The results indicate that:(1)Following the implementation of RCEP tarrif concessions,there is an increase in agricultural imports among the member countries,while imports from non-RCEP countries decline;(2)The balance of agricultural trade in the Asia-Pacific region shifts,with the trade focus moving from the United States to within the RCEP region,highlighting a significant trade diversion effect;(3)The tariff concessions under RCEP will have a positive impact on the macroeconomic conditions of the member countries,emphasizing the"ASEAN-centered"dynamic.Member countries should seize the development opportunities presented by RCEP,promote the implementation of agricultural tariff concessions,achieve complementary advantages in regional agricultural products,optimize the agricultural trade mechanism in the Asia-Pacific region,and build an integrated platform for agricultural trade in the Asia-Pacific region.
