摘　　要：RCEP的正式签署将为广西的开放发展带来重大新机遇。本文分析了RCEP助力广西外向型经济发展的理论机制,即通过循环联动、可持续发展和产业升级,RCEP将有力地推动广西外向型经济长期繁荣和发展。但现阶段广西仍面临着经济结构外向程度较低、引导RCEP机制落地的顶层设计有待规划、缺乏外向型产业集群、农副土特类产品国际市场竞争力不强和自治区内部区域发展不均衡等亟需解决的问题。为进一步推进广西外向型经济高质量发展,需要大力推动外向型经济发展、合理规划RCEP机制落地的顶层设计、打造区域特色的外向型产业集群、强化农副产品国际化路径及促进区域经济协调发展。The formal signing of RCEP will bring significant new opportunities for the open development of Guangxi.This paper analyzes the theoretical mechanisms through which RCEP can support the development of Guangxi's export-oriented economy,including cyclic linkage,sustainable development and industrial upgrading,which collectively will robustly promote the long-term prosperity and development of Guangxi's export-oriented economy.However,at present,Guangxi faces several urgent issues,such as low degree of economic openness,the need for top-level design to guide the implementation of RCEP mechanisms,a lack of export-oriented industrial clusters,weak international market competiveness of agricultural and local specialty products,and imbalance of regional development within the autonomous region.To further promote the high-quality development of Guangxi's export-oriented economy,it is necessary to vigorously promote the export-oriented economic development,rationally plan the top-level design for the implementation of RCEP mechanisms,create export-oriented industrial clusters with regional characteristics,strengthen the internationalization pathways for agricultural and sideline products,and promote coordinated regional economic development.
