玻纤/碳纤三维编织一体成型多异质界面复合材料电磁屏蔽性能

摘  要:为减少电磁波在碳纤维复合材料表面反射,减少二次污染,采用玻纤作为阻抗匹配层,为增强复合材料对电磁波的吸收,构造玻纤-碳纤多异质界面,通过多次反射延伸传播路径消耗电磁波;采用三维混杂编织工艺设计并制备3种玻纤/碳纤一体成型多异质界面预制件,再通过真空辅助树脂传递模塑成型技术固化得到复合材料H-G/C、H-G/C/G和H-G/C/G/C,研究分析3种复合材料的电磁屏蔽性能和轴向静态压缩性能。结果表明,3层结构的H-G/C/G复合材料在频率为12.34GHz时屏蔽效能高达71.14dB,X波段内平均吸收功率系数为0.77,屏蔽机制以吸收为主,抗压缩强度为254.59MPa,复合材料表现出低反射、高屏蔽效能和高抗压缩强度特性。The glass fibers are utilized as the impedance matching layer to reduce the reflection of electromagnetic waves on the surface of carbon fiber composite materials and avoid secondary pollution.To enhance the absorption of electromagnetic waves by the composite materials,a multi-heterogeneous interface consisting of glass fiber and carbon fiber was constructed to facilitate multiple re-flections and extend propagation paths for wave consumption.Three types of three-dimensional(3D)braided preforms with integrated glass fiber/carbon fiber multi-heterogeneous interfaces were designed and prepared using 3D hy brid braiding process.The composites H-G/C,H-G/C/G,and H-G/C/G/C were cured using vacum-assisted resin transfer molding technology.The electromagnetic shiel-ding properties and axial static com pression properties of the composites were studied and analyzed.The results indicate that the 3-lay-ered H-G/C/G composite exhibits a shielding efficiency of 71.14 dB at a frequency of 12.34 GHz.The average absorption power coeffi-cient in the X-band is 0.77,which means the shielding mechanism is mainly absorption.Furthermore,three-dimensional braided pre-form acts as a reinforcement role,achieves the outstanding compressive strength of 254.59 MPa.Therefore,the 3D braided composite exhibits low reflection,high shielding efficiency and high compressive strength.
