摘 要:为研究纳米纤维对复合非织造材料结构和过滤性能的影响,以单层ES(PE/PP)纤维网作为纳米纤维的接收基材,利用静电纺丝技术将聚丙烯腈纳米纤维(PAN)均匀收集在纤维网表面。将纤维网进行层叠,得到PAN/ES复合纤维网后,经热风粘合加固制成复合非织造材料。测试分析不同结构设计对复合非织造材料的透气透湿、强力及过滤性能的影响。结果表明,相同条件下,随着单层微米纤维网克重的减小,即纳米纤维层数的增加,复合非织造材料的过滤阻力和过滤效率均呈现先下降后上升再下降的趋势,当纳米纤维层数为7层时,复合非织造材料的纵横向断裂强力及过滤效率最佳;随着各层纺丝时间梯度差的增大,非织造材料的过滤阻力和过滤效率均是先增大后减小再增大,当纺丝时间梯度差为3min时,过滤效率与过滤阻力均最高。To study the effect of nanofibers on the structure and filtration performance of composite nonwovens,a single-layer ES(PE/PP)fiber web was used as the receiving substrate for nanofibers.Polyacrylonitrile nanofibers(PAN)were uniformly collected on the surface of the fiber web by electrospinning technology.The fiber webs were layered to obtain PAN/ES composite fiber web,which were then bonded and reinforced by hot air to make composite nonwovens.The effects of different structural designs on the air perme-ability,moisture permeability,strength and filtration performance of composite nonwovens were tested and analyzed.The results show that:under the same conditions,with the decrease of the gram weight of the single layer of micron fiber web(the increase O the number of nanofiber layers),the filtration resistance and filtration efficiency of composite nonwovens show a trend of first de-crease and then increase and then decrease.When the number of nanofiber layers is 7,the longitudinal and transverse fracture strength and filtration efficiency of composite nonwovens are the best.With the increase of the spinning time gradient difference of each layer,the filtration resistance and filtration efficiency of nonwovens are first increased and then decreased and then increased.When the spin-ning time gradient difference is 3 min,the filtration efficiency and filtration resistance are the highest.
