摘　　要：国家强制性标准GB31701—2015《婴幼儿及儿童纺织产品安全技术规范》中给出了婴幼儿及儿童纺织产品的考核项目、考核指标、测试方法,但是对于这些项目不合格可能带来的危害、不合格可能的原因、出现不合格时的应对措施,在标准中并没有体现。从化学安全、物理安全2方面,针对标准中的部分关键项目和历次抽检中常见的不合格项目进行分析,如甲醛含量、可分解致癌芳香胺染料、重金属、邻苯二甲酸酯、pH值、色牢度、绳带要求、附件抗拉强力等,总结其危害性,希望这些危害性能够警醒大众的安全意识。同时给各相关方在使用GB31701—2015标准时提供参考。The implementation of the mandatory national standard GB 31701-2015“Safety Technical Specifications for Textile Products for Infants and Children”has effectively promoted the improvement of the quality of textile products for infants and children.Although the standard provides assessment items,indicators,and testing methods for infant and child textile products,it does not re-flect the potential hazards,possible causes of non-compliance and how to solve problems when non-compliance occurs.From the chemical safety and physical safety point of view of some key items in the standard and the com mon failure items in the past sampling inspection were analyzed,such as the formaldehyde content,decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes,heavy metals,phthalate esters,pH value,color fastness,rope and belt requirements,and accessory tensile strength.Their hazards were summarized,hoping that these hazards can alert the public s safety awareness.It provides reference for all relevant parties in clothing production when u-sing the GB 31701-2015 standard.
