价值链模型视角下河北省体育与旅游融合数字化发展对策研究

摘　　要：数字化是体育与旅游融合发展的创新型发展趋势。本文运用文献分析法、系统分析法等方法,在价值链模型视角下对河北省体育与旅游融合数字化发展的价值链进行理论分析与探讨,并为体旅融合数字化发展提出针对性建议。研究认为:体育与旅游融合数字化发展的价值链是由基本活动和支持活动两部分构成。基本活动包括五个方面,分别是外部后勤、生产经营、市场销售、服务以及内部后勤。支持活动包括四个方面内容,分别是人力资源管理、采购管理、基础设施以及技术开发。体育与旅游融合数字化发展表现为借助云计算、物联网、大数据等信息技术赋能体旅发展,助推体旅产业数字化转型升级。对策:数字技术赋能体旅融合;加强顶层设计,完善政府政策;建立专业化数字技术人才队伍。Digitization is the innovative development trend of integrating sports and tourism development.This paper uses literature analysis and system analysis methods to theoretically analyze and discuss the value chain of the digital development of sports and tourism integration in Hebei Province from the perspective of the value chain model,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the digital development of sports and tourism integration.The research believes that the value chain of digital development of sports and tourism is composed of basic activities and supporting activities.The basic activities include five aspects:external logistics,production and operation,marketing and sales,service and internal logistics.The support activities cover four areas:human resource management,procurement management,infrastructure,and technology development.The digital development of sports and tourism integrates the development of sports tourism with the help of cloud computing,Internet of Things,big data and other information technologies,and boosts the digital transformation and upgrading of the sports tourism industry.Countermeasures:digital technology enables sports and tourism integration;strengthen top-level design,improve government policies;establish a professional digital technical personnel team.
