安徽省公益性地质工作项目省级财政投入现状及建议

摘　　要：安徽省公益性地质工作项目主要由省级财政出资,重点开展省域基础性矿产地质调查、公益性水文地质环境调查以及生态农业地质调查,为全省矿产地质勘查提供靶区,服务经济社会发展。通过对2021—2023年安徽省公益性地质工作财政投入相关资料分析,省级财政资金投入稳定上升、资金拨付实时到位,建议建立公益性地质工作投入合理增长机制、吸引更多渠道财政资金投入、加强项目资金支出管理、强化项目预算绩效管理,健全科学合理的项目管理机制。The public geological survey projects ofAnhui Province aremainly funded by the provincial finance.They focus on the fundamental geological survey and mineral exploration,public hydrogeological environment survey,and eco-agriculture geological survey,providing targets for mineral exploration and serving the economic and social development in the province.Despite of the fact that the input of provincial financial funds into the projects has been steadily increased and disbursed on time in the period of 2021—2023,we propose to establish a reasonable growth mechanism for input of the funds into the projects,attract more funds from more financial channels,strengthen project capital expenditure and budget performance management,and form a scientific and reasonable project management mechanism.
