红色档案资源开发协同主体共生模式优化研究

摘　　要：囿于档案工作管理体制、红色档案资源分散异构等限制,走向多元主体协同成为现阶段红色档案资源开发的必然趋势。以协同合作、共同发展、互惠共赢为本质的共生理论为优化现阶段红色档案资源协同开发主体关系提供了新的理论视角。以各省综合档案馆为例,分析多元主体协同共生模式的演化逻辑,并从完善政策激励、构建红色档案共生体、搭建红色档案共生空间和平衡利益分配四个方面,推进协同主体形成稳定的一体化对称互惠共生格局。Limited by the management system of archival undertakings and the dispersion and heterogeneity of red archival resources,it is an inevitable trend for the development of red archival resources to move towards multi-subject collaboration.The symbiosis theory with the essence of collaborative cooperation,common development and mutual benefit and win-win results provides a new theoretical perspective for optimizing the main body relationship between the cooperative development of red archival resources at the present stage.Taking the provincial comprehensive archives as an example,this paper analyzes the evolution logic of the multi-subject cooperative symbiosis model,and promotes the formation of a stable pattern of integrated symmetrical win-win development and symbiosis from four aspects:improving policy incentives,building red archives symbiosis entities,building red archives symbiosis space and balancing the distribution of interests.
