摘 要:以香菇废菌棒为原料,通过水热法一步制备得到水溶性和单分散性良好的碳量子点,基于碳量子点对不同浓度诺氟沙星荧光淬灭速率的差异,绘制标准曲线,检测诺氟沙星的浓度。结果表明,碳量子点的荧光强度淬灭因子(F0-F)/F0与诺氟沙星浓度在0~80μmol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,根据标准曲线得到的回归方程为y=0.0991x+0.0361,R2=0.99。采用碳量子点荧光淬灭法检测诺氟沙星溶液的浓度,试验结果与理论计算结果一致,表明碳量子点荧光淬灭法检测诺氟沙星具有良好的可行性。A carbon quantum dot with good water solubility and mono-dispersity is prepared via one step hydrothermal method with waste mushroom sticks as raw material.The standard curve can be obtained and the concentration of norfloxacin can be detected based on the different fluorescence quenching rate of the carbon quantum dot in different norfloxacin concentration.The experimental results indicate that fluorescence quenching factor(F0-F)/F0 of carbon quantum dot has a good linear relationship with the concentration of norfloxacin in the range of 0~80μmol/L,the regression equation obtained from the standard curve is y=0.0991x+0.0361,R2=0.99.The fluorescence quenching method with carbon quantum dot is employed to detect the concentration of norfloxacin,the experimental results are consistent with the theoretical calculation results,suggesting the good feasibility of the carbon quantum dot-based fluorescence quenching method.
