捏脊疗法联合穴位点按对小儿功能性消化不良的护理干预研究

摘　　要：为探讨捏脊疗法联合穴位点按对小儿功能性消化不良的护理效果。选取陕西省商洛市某三级医院及某专科医院2023年1月—2024年1月间65例符合标准的功能性消化不良的小儿,运用随机数字法分为干预组(32例)与对照组(33例)。对照组采取饮食管理、运动管理等常规护理方法。干预组在常规护理基础上增加捏脊和穴位点按疗法,两组患者均治疗4周。结果表明,治疗4周后两组患者的症状积分均有所改善(P<0.001),但干预组患者的症状积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。运用中医证候量表积分对两组患者进行临床疗效评价,干预组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.001)。对患者及家属进行护理满意度评价,结果显示干预组在对护理人员的信任、感受护理人员解决了自己的担忧、感受护理人员的团队合作等方面的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.001),感受护理人员对自己的尊重、护理人员专业知识、护患交流及是否会推荐其他患者前来治疗等方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。可见,捏脊联合穴位点按疗法对小儿功能性消化不良的护理干预有明显改善作用,具有临床推广应用价值。To investigate the nursing intervention effect of chiropractic therapy combined with acupoint pressing in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia,a total of 65 children with functional dyspepsia in a tertiary hospital and a specialized hospital in Shangluo city,Shaanxi Province from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into intervention group(32 cases)and control group(33 cases).The control group received routine nursing methods such as diet management and exercise management,while the intervention group received chiropractic and acupoint pressing therapy on the basis of routine nursing.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The results showed that the symptom scores of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.001).After 4 weeks of treatment,the symptom scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The clinical efficacy of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction evaluation of patients and their families showed that the satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group in terms of trust in nurses,feeling that nurses had solved their concerns,feeling the teamwork of nurses(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference in feeling nurses'respect for themselves,nursing staff's professional knowledge,nurse patient communication and whether they would recommend other patients for treatment(P>0.05).Chiropractic combined with acupoint pressing therapy can significantly improve the nursing intervention of children with functional dyspepsia,which has clinical application value.
