摘　　要：中药熏蒸是一种将蒸煮中药材产生的蒸汽作用于人体以达到治疗目的的中医特色外治法。随着现代医学的发展,骨伤科疾病治疗策略不断完善。目前关于骨伤科疾病主要以保守治疗和手术治疗为主,其中,现代药物治疗短期效果较好,长期治疗不良反应大;手术治疗效果尚可,但术后并发症多。因此,寻找其他补充替代疗法非常必要。中药熏蒸常作为辅助疗法,在骨科疾病中应用广泛,且可显著提高相关疾病的疗效。但目前仍存在循证质量较低、相关因素量效研究不足、作用机制研究较少等缺陷。因此,未来深入研究中药熏蒸在骨科疾病中的作用,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fumigation is a kind of TCM characteristic external treatment method,which treats the human body with the steam produced by cooking Chinese herbal medicine.With the development of modern medicine,the treatment strategies of orthopedic diseases have been continuously improved.At present,the main treatments of orthopedic diseases are conservative treatment and surgical treatment.The short-term effect of modern drug treatment is better,while the adverse reactions of long-term treatment are large.The effect of surgical treatment is acceptable,but there are many postoperative complications.Therefore,it is necessary to find other complementary alternative therapies.TCM fumigation is often used as an adjuvant therapy,which is widely used in orthopedic diseases and can significantly improve the efficacy of related diseases.However,there are still some defects,such as low evidence-based quality,insufficient research on the dose-effect of related factors,and less research on the mechanism of action.Therefore,in-depth study of the role of TCM fumigation in orthopedic diseases in the future can provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases.
