中药姜黄常用药物组合及临床运用研究进展

摘　　要：中药姜黄性温,具有活血行气止痛的功效,合理药物组合既可“性用同存”也可“去性存用”,临床用于内、外、妇、儿各科气血瘀滞疾病的治疗。随着成分药理学的发展,姜黄主要活性成分姜黄素的作用被逐渐认识:通过抑制炎症介质的产生改善疼痛,通过多途径干预用于脑病、心肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤、代谢及免疫异常疾病的治疗,这对姜黄的临床运用具有一定指导意义,但疗效有待进一步检验。中药的功效并不等同于其主要成分的功效或各成分功效的叠加,目前对姜黄及其常用药物组合水煎液的疗效及机制研究较少,可作为今后的研究方向。The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)turmeric,warm in nature,can promote circulation of qi and blood,and relieve pain.It can be used for the treatment of qi and blood stasis diseases in internal medicine,surgery,gynecology and pediatrics through reasonable combination of drugs to help preserve both"nature"and"use",or eliminate"nature"and preserve"use".With the development of component pharmacology,the role of curcumin,a main active ingredient of turmeric,has gradually been recognized.It is used to improve pain by inhibiting the production of inflammatory mediators,and for the treatment of encephalopathy,heart failure,hepatic insufficiency,kidney dysfunction,metabolic related diseases,malignant tumors,immune disorders,etc.by interventions through multiple pathways,which plays a guiding role in the clinical application of turmeric,although its efficacy needs to be further tested.The efficacy of TCM is not equivalent to the efficacy of its main components or the superposition of each component.Currently,there are relatively few studies on the efficacy and mechanism of water decoction of turmeric and its commonly used drug combinations,which can be the future research direction.
