摘　　要：自然疫源性疾病(NFD)具有强烈的传染性和高致死率,逐渐成为全球公共卫生的关注焦点。受当前经济发展、环境变化、人口流动等因素影响,其发病率不断增加,对人类健康及社会安全造成的危害进一步加深。因此,需要对其进行全面、有效的调查,以控制其发生和流行。而NFD的调查研究是一个复杂且重要的领域,涉及诸多学科的交叉,近年来分子生物学、地理信息系统、无人机等技术和方法被广泛应用,未来跨学科、跨平台整合运用将是重点研究方向之一,以期为该类传染病的快速、精准防控提供科学依据。Natural focal disease(NFD)have strong infectivity and high mortality rates,gradually becoming an important focus of global public health attention.Affected by the current economic development,environmental changes,population mobility and other factors,the frequency of the disease is increasing continuously,and the harm to human health and social safety is further exacerbated.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and effective investigation to control its occurrence and prevalence.The investigation and research of NFD is a complex and important field,which involves the intersection of many disciplines.In recent years,technologies and methods such as molecular biology,geographic information systems,and drones have been widely applied.In the future,interdisciplinary and cross platform integration will be one of the key research directions,in order to provide scientific basis for the rapid and accurate prevention and control of such infectious diseases.
